• February 19, 2014 BCC approved a 5 year lease at SunTrust for Property Appraiser and Tax Collector• Contained Tenant Improvement

Allowance of $15/SF• Used for new paint and carpet and

minor office modifications• Totals $739,605 ($15/SF X 49,307 SF)• Unused portion can be applied to rent

• Expand existing Tax Collector office with removal of partition wall of the

adjacent office

• New paint and carpet throughout
