Sunraysia Division Tennis On Tuesday, Chase Russell, Paddy Connelly, Mason Pinnington and Eadie Neagle competed in the Sunraysia district tennis competition at the Mildura Lawn Courts. The format for the day was a round robin draw. The boys had four pools and the girls had only one pool. Chase and Paddy were competitive in their pool games with Paddy finishing 3 rd in his pool and Chase finishing 5 th in his pool. As there was only one pool for the girls Eadie finished 3 rd for the girls only just missing out on going through to Swan Hill. Mason finished the top of his pool winning all 3 of his round robin games. He then qualified for the semifinals but unluckily came up against the strongest player in the competition and eventual winner. Mason finished 3 rd for the boys overall. Well done to all the boys and girl who played to their very best and showed good sportsmanship throughout the day. Mrs Branson
