We would like to thank you for purchasing Sungit Pro, responsive WordPress theme created especially for Music, Artist, Bands, Concerts and Events. It is the premium version of Sungit Lite. Before you get started, please invest some time to go through the documentation. Sungit Pro can only be used with WordPress and we assume that you already have WordPress installed and ready to go. Required Plugins Folder – This folder consist the required/mandatory plugin files that are necessary to run the theme properly. 3. Recommended Plugins Folder – This folder consist the recommended plugin files which can be used as per your necessity. 4. Documentation Folder – Consists the documentation file. Before you get started, please invest some time to go through the documentation. Sungit Pro can only be used with WordPress and we assume that you already have WordPress installed and ready to go.
Installation
● Manage your theme To install this theme you must have a working version of WordPress already installed. For information in regard to installing the WordPress platform, please see the WordPress Codex article on installation.
● Installation

Installing required and recommended plugins After Installing and activating the theme you will see the following message at the top of the admin dashboard page. This theme requires few following plugins. Click, begin installing plugins link which will redirect to Install Required Plugins page.
Bulk install required and recommended plugins You can install or update the required and recommended plugins at once just by clicking into “Begin Installing Plugins”.
Required Plugins WooCommerce: With WooCommerce plugin you can sell your musical albums, single songs, and many other products. It is the most required plugin for a store based theme and show casing the product.
Yudlee Themes Essentials: The plugin consists of set of Custom Post Types like Sliders, Music, and Video etc. and other functionalities necessary for the Theme to run properly. Plugin zip file is also provided separately and also consists in Premium Package under Required Plugins Folder.
Recommended Plugins YITH Event Tickets for WooCommerce - Start selling tickets for all sorts of events on your own website using YITH Event Tickets for WooCommerce.
Demo Content Import Demo files are already included in the Sungit Premium Package under ‘Demo Content’ titled folder. There are thee demo content files.
1. Content-and-menu.XML This file consist the contents of pages, posts, medias, menus and other contents.
Use plugin WordPress Importer and Export WordPress Menus to import this content.
2. Customizer-Content.dat This file consist the content of the customizer from the demo. Use plugin
Customizer Export/Import to import this content. 3. Widgets.wie
This file consist the demo content of widgets from our demo. Use plugin Widget Importer & Exporter to import the widget contents.
Setup Home Page as Demo site: To make your site’s homepage look like exactly like our demo, Step 1: Go to Page, Click on Add New. Step 2: Enter the title (example: “Home”).On right sidebar there you can find Page Attributes, On Template please Select on Home. Step 3: Click on Publish and continue other steps described below.
Customizing the homepage as the demo image, After Successful creation of the page, Click on View Page Located at the top bar.
Now you may have the homepage as below screenshot. If not don’t worry there may be other setting to configure. You can surely find in the documentation.
Now you need to configure homepage as the default page so please go to Settings > Readings. Choose “A static page” and choose “home” as Homepage. If you want to show blog posts then create a page called “blog” and assign it to the blog page.
If the homepage is missing some sections like feature product section , social section , footer sections then they needs to be configure through the customizer setting which is described below one by one . Please go through the documentation.
Set up your website
Before building your site you need to configure WordPress and the plugins. Please read carefully Theme Installation/Plugin Configuration. Creating Homepage: To make your site’s homepage look like exactly like our demo, Step 1: Go to Page, Click on Add New. Step 2: Enter the title (example: “Home”).On right sidebar there you can find Page Attributes, On Template please Select on Home. Step 3: Click on Publish and continue other steps described below.
WordPress Configuration
You can adjust WordPress settings as follows: 1. You can set Site Title in Settings > General. 2. You can set Blog pages show at most in Settings > Reading. 3. You can select Front Page and Posts Page in Settings > Reading. 4. You can set Discussion settings in Settings > Discussion. 5. You can change image sizes in Settings > Media. 6. You should ensure that a non-default permalink setting is selected, e.g. Post name in Settings > Permalinks.
Posts Creating posts Step 1: Navigate to Posts in your WordPress admin sidebar. Step 2: Click on the Add New option to make a new post. Create a title, and insert your post content in the editing field. Step 3: Select Post Format from the right side. Step 4: Add categories from the right side. To assign it to the post, check the box next to the category name. Step 5: Add tags from the right side. Type the name of the tag in the field, separate multiple tags with commas. Step 6: You can add featured image. To do so, first click the featured image box, select an image and click the set featured image button.
Sungit Pro Custom Post Types
Pages New pages can be added by clicking pages on admin dashboard and can be assigned to various templates on the right side.
Page Templates There are various page templates that you can choose.
Default Template (default page template)
Full Width Page

You should navigate into Appearance > Customizer > Theme Options and find the similar settings for the sections listed below.
1.0 Theme Options
Theme options is the essential option for the theme. It generally contains settings related to “HomePage”

Theme options contains 14 settings for the homepage which need to be adjust in order to make as demo website. Below are the explanation one by one.
1.1 Themes Options:
Generally there are 14 Theme Options. Listed as:
1. Social Options 2. General Options 3. Top Header Options 4. Slider Options 5. Intro Section 6. Counter Section 7. Album Options 8. Event/ Ticket Section 9. Video Section 10. Product Section 11. CTA Section 12. Blog Options 13. Footer Options 14. Sort Section
1.1.1 Social Icons:
Social Icons are displayed on the Intro Section on Homepage.
Here is the process to display social icons?
Step 1: Click on Show Social icons.
Step 2: Provide all the links and click on publish.
Again, go to Intro Sections and Click Show Social links
1.1.2 General Options: General Options consists of settings for sidebar and removing the default values of the customizer data.
To reset the value of customizer:
Step 1: Click on Reset all default settings. (Refresh it to view the effect).
Step 2: Reload the page and all the customizer data will removed to default values.
To change the sidebar layout:
First you need to set Sidebar in order to change the Sidebar Layout.
Go to theme Dashboard>Appearances>Widgets>Sidebar.
Step 1: Click Sidebar then you can see Sidebar categories.
Step 2: Click any particular sidebar category and set the title.
Step 3: Click Save.
Step 4: Go to Blog Section (Homepage>Blog) and there you can see Sidebar that you have just created.
Now you are allowed to change the Sidebar layout.
Step 1: Choose any sidebar layout (Right, No or Left sidebar).
Step 2: View with live change and click on Publish.
Remember you can also create WooCommerce Sidebar on the products page.
Step 1: Go to Dashboard>Appearances>Widgets and WooCommerce Sidebar.
Step 2: Click on the respective sidebar categories and then set the title same as above.
Step 3; Then go to Shop (Homepage>Shop) and you could see the WooCommerce Sidebar that you have just created.
*If you want to change the layout of Sidebar then go through the above mentioned steps.
1.1.3 Top header Options:
Top Header Options contains Itunes and Spotify.
Steps: Enter all the details. For icons you can choose any one from the Links.
1.1.4 Slider Options
Step 1: First install Yudlee Themes Essentials plugin. Now Banner Post Type will be seen on the backend.
Step 2: Click on Slider. And click on Add New Slider.
Step 3: Fill Banner Extra Settings Options. E.g. Enter Banner short descriptions, Button Title, Button Link and Image. And Click on Publish.
