SINGLES LUNCH TODAY — 1st July, 12 noon at Nellies.
Shona has told them you need to be out of the restaurant by
1.30pm.
I’m so pleased to announce that in collaboration with Taieri College and
Youth East Taieri we will be launching ‘The Friday Jam’ on August the
3rd. The Friday Jam is primarily a drop in after school ‘hang out’ time where students from Taieri College’s year 7-9 group can come and hang out here at Mosgiel Presbyterian.
Mosgiel Youth will take the lead and organise and run this with help from some people from Youth East Taieri. The ‘Friday Jam’ will be from 3-5pm during the school term. This has taken much prayer, time and energy to get to this point.
I will be needing helpful volunteers, who like to be with teenagers, share some laughs, stories etc. but also, I’d love for a group to provide maybe a small afternoon tea e.g. pikelets or scones that sort of thing regularly. Please keep us in your prayers as we take a vision and step out in faith.
Blessings, Warwick
