I understand and acknowledge that participating in this event involves known and unanticipated risks which couldresult in physical or emotional injury, paralysis or permanent disability, death and property damage. I hereby, formyself, executors, my heirs and adminstrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I mayhave for any and all injuries which may be suffered by me in connection with my participation in the Albert Lea“Summer Sizzler” tournament and release the Albert Lea Independent School District, Albert Lea Parks and Rec.,the City of Albert Lea, its officials, representatives, employees, tournament sponsors, the Albert Lea Area PickleballAssociation, its members and officers and volunteers used to conduct the event, all their employees and sponsorsfrom any such claims.
