We brew 4 different beers in our artisanal brewery .These Beers are all refermented in the bottle (33cl and 75cl) and named tripel, double brown, double port and double espresso. With this last beer double espresso we won the silver medal in the international beer challenge in Brussel.

De Dool brewery is a Castle Brewery, brewing unique and velvety beers with the experience of 4 generations of brewing tradition.Our brewery is situated in the old buildings of the Abbey of Sint-Truiden.

There are caramelised biscuits. And there are caramelised biscuits baked according to traditional methods… from Vermeiren Princeps. The difference? At Vermeiren Princeps, the biscuit dough is still slowly kneaded and formed, with specially developed equipment that imitates the manual work of earlier times.According to the type of caramelised biscuit, real brown sugar, raw cane sugar or pure bee honey is used as sweetener.
