Fill glass with ice and pour over espresso, milk & syrup. Shake to combine ingredients, pour into glass & serve.
THE MENU
Cucumber, Mint & Matcha Tonic
Lemonade Syrup ORIced Tea Syrup - Cucumber & Mint, Peach, Raspberry or JasmineWater or sodaIce
¾ fill glass with ice, add 4 pumps of syrup & fill with filtered water or soda. Shake or stir well, garnish & serve.
Iced Tea & Traditional Lemonade
Cucumber & Mint Green Iced TeaOrganic MatchaTonic Water Ice
Fill cup halfway with ice, 3 pumps of syrup, ½ tsp of matcha & a glug of tonic. Pour into boston shaker & shake gently until matcha is mixed. Pour back into glass, top with tonic, garnish & serve.
Fill glass with ice, fill with tonic leaving enough room to then pour over the double espresso. Garnish & serve.
Try it with a touch of citrus... Just add 2 pumps of lemonade syrup.

Vanilla Frappe Fruit Puree - Coconut, Strawberry, Banana, RaspberryOR Extract Hot ChocolateOR Original EspressoMilk or milk alternativeIce
Half fill cup with ice, add you chosen either 2 pumps of puree, 1 scoop of hot chocolate, double espresso OR a combination of them. Top with milk & add ½ scoop of frappe. Shake well, pour back into glass & serve.

You can offer one flavour for a traditional milkshake or start combining them to shake up your menu. Here’s some of our favourites:
