Geared to high school runners looking to achieve a new level this seasonStudents will stay at Shepherd University and enjoy the beauty and history of our area
Our camps emphasize lifelong health, enjoyment and performance running
Students will hear from leading specialists in the running industry - including Mark Cucuzzella,who has been a national level runner for over 35 years. His innovative work has evolved into international running conferences. Meg Waldron, a former Nike Running Camp staff member, has developed successful running empowerment programs and her middle school teams have medaled numerous times at Penn Relays. Also learn from Coach Joan Hunter, whose Loudoun Valley XC boys' team has won 3 consecutive VA state team titles AND the 2017 Nike Cross Nationals Championship. The girls have been state runners-up in XC for four consecutive years!
