MESSAGE
Engineering is a great profession and quite different from science. Scientists try to understand nature, but engineers try to make things that do not exist in nature. They stress invention. To embody an invention an Engineer must put his idea in concrete terms, and design something that people can use.
There is a sense of satisfaction in watching a figment of the imagination emerge through the aid of science to a plan on paper. The nit moves to realization in stone or metal or energy, and elevates the standard of living and adds to the comforts of life. This is the engineer's high privilege.
In the backdrop of the mission of building engineers for tomorrow, RVS College of Engineering and Technology is involved in developing and equipping the students with knowledge, skill and attitude to empower young people to explore the best to establish them in this highly competitive corporate world. Well qualified, experienced faculty and committed staff are eager to provide effective education to the students.
To this end, we have endeavored to create a high quality technical educational institution that is complete in everyway. Be it facilities or faculty, curriculum or career guidance, we seek to offer the very best to our students.
Dr. V. GUNARAJ
