Provision Offer Letter from the company to obtain approval from the

DEPLOYMENT OF WORKER

Prospective candidates can be mobilized on a very

short span of time from the date of receipt of the documents

on our desk. We keep our principals informed, as to the flight

details of the workers in a view to keep them sufficiently

posted. Also occasional feedback is invited from our princi-

pals, so as to maintain a good and lasting relationship.

MANPOWER SELECTION

We have numerous bio-datas of both skilled and semiskilled candidates

seeking an opening in their respective areas of specialization. As a normal practice, we

interview candidates throughout the year. Advertisements are also placed in Indias

leading newspapers, depending upon the demand.

A very thorough scrutiny is made of the Resume submitted by the candidate, and

every aspect mentioned in the bio-date is verified. Written test, trade/skill test are also

often conducted, to enable us to assess the actual capabilities of the candidate. In certain

vacancies, such as heavy equipment operators, machine operators, welders, etc.,

verification is done by qualified examiners from the government recognized technical

institute.

The list of viable candidates is short listed, and suitable candidates are selected

for the final interview to be taken by the principal or his representative.

Detailed medical checkups, which include - chest X-ray, BLOOD/URINE tests,

V.D.R.L. test, AIDS test, etc., are conducted by Doctors/Clinics duly appointed by the

respective consulates.

formalities, including registration fees, etc., with the protector of Emigrants,

Government of India and signing all the necessary documents required by the

said company and to arrange passport, passage, etc.

We also authorize our agent to negotiate with the Ministry of Labour,

New Delhi, regarding the salary enhancements in case that the Ministry
