Custom products or courses provided by your organization: this is available if your organization has created custom courses.
Pearson products or courses: this is available if your school has licensed content from Pearson.
Choose later: You can add a product after you finish creating the class.
choose the product you want to use for the class.

StEP 3enrollments *the template for importing a roster of students is available from a link on the screen when you choose Import Students.
to upload and create student accounts from a .xls or .csv file, click Import Students*.
click Create New and select Enroll from School to search for student and teacher names on the school roster and add them to your class.
if the student, aide, or teacher is not on the school roster, click the type of user to create an account.

Note: always check your school roster before creating new student or teacher accounts to avoid creating duplicate users.

check your School, Class Name,Product, and Class Roster for accuracy.
after you click Finish, your class appears on your home page.
Note: this process may take a few minutes.
Select Finish, or go Back to make changes.

Next, click Calendar.
then click Calendar Setup.
Be sure to create your classes before setting up your calendar.
From the home page, click Pearson Content.

in the Schedule section, click Add Class to add a class, select the product, and set the color, order, and days of the week.
You can also addBlockout Days, which are days where there is no instruction, such as inservice days and holidays.
click Finish to display your classes on the calendar.

after initial setup, click Calendar Setup to add new classes, add additional blockout days, or change your favorite view.

Search for materials by keyword.
From the home page, click Pearson Content.
choose to view Pearson or Custom content.
choose Student or teacher Resources, or view All.
Filter by Skill, Standard, Content type, or topic.
Move your pointer to a title to display the down arrow. click the down arrow to open the Options menu.
choose Preview to display the content for class instruction. You can also assign and customize the content.
Your content page shows the List view by default. click Calendar to change to the calendar view.

Select Calendar.
From the content drop-down menu, select Pearson or Custom Content to display the item you wish to assign.
Move your pointer over the title of the item you wish to assign to display the down arrow.
click the down arrow to open the Options menu and select Assign.

Select one or more classes that should receive the assignment.
assign a due date by clicking the date on the calendar and setting the time, or select No Due Date.
after making your selections for each option, click Save and Assign. the assignment now appears on each students’ to do list and on your calendar.
use Advanced Assign to assign items with different due dates for each class or to select students in each class.

Schedule Lesson Plans
Select Calendar.
You can schedule lesson plans for any class period. More than one lesson plan can be scheduled for a single period. You can schedule lesson plans individually or multiple plans at once.
You can also click the down arrow to open the Options menu and select Schedule*.
You can also drag and drop lesson plans to the Scheduled Resources box.
click Pearson for Pearson lesson plans or Custom to schedule lesson plans you modified or created.

*if you schedule a folder, you will schedule all lesson plans in the folder, including lesson plans in any subfolders.

Select the classes in which you want to use the lesson plan.
Select the date on which the lesson plan will be scheduled.
to schedule a series of lesson plans with one plan per day, select the day to schedule the first plan.
Select either:• One Lesson Plan each day: a separate
lesson plan is scheduled for each class period. any blockout days that occur in the sequence are skipped.
• All resources on one day: all selected lesson plans are scheduled on a selected day for each class period.
click Schedule. the lesson plan icon will be displayed on the one or more days for each class period selected.

Students are listed in rows.
Study Plans and Lessons that include multiple activities are listed under content.
Move Column enables you to reorder columns.
Dashed lines mean the activity has not been started or submitted.
Advanced Filters View grades for specific students or types of assignments.
Revoke Column prevents students from viewing the assignment or course grade.
