DISTRIBUTOR AGREEMENT

 Applicant-Distributor hereby applies for the authorization to be a Distributor in SUCCESS200 INTERNATIONAL CORP. distribution and marketing Program, and the same has been granted by the company subject to the terms and conditions as may be implemented.

1. Applicant-Distributor, has read and agreed to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement, SUCCESS200 INTERNATIONAL CORP. Compensation Plan and the Policies and Procedures, all of which are made part of this agreement.

2.  Applicant-Distributor, is an independent contractor under the terms and conditions of this agreement, and not an agent, employee or legal representative of his/her sponsor as such.

3. Applicant-Distributor will not produce, promote, or use materials of any kind describing the company’s’ programs, products, and trademarked, copyrighted, or otherwise protected materials without thecompany’s express consent.

4. Applicant-Distributor has the duty to supervise and train any Distributor that he/she may sponsor as described in the policies. Applicant-Distributor will explain the company’s programs honestly andcompletely when presenting them to others. He/she understands and willmake clear in any presentations the following: that no earnings are guaranteed by the company, or its programs; No Distributor will earn solely from sponsoring, commissions are based on product sales; that there are no exclusive territories for Distributors in the program.

5. Applicant-Distributor agrees that compensation is only paid for sales of the product to customers and end users as defined in the policies and the company’s compensation plan.

6. The Applicant-Distributor agrees that the company reserves the right to suspend, and even terminate the accounts of distributors, due to negligence, false claims, misrepresentation, unethical business practices such as but not limited to piracy of distributors to other networks or MLM companies, indirect violation of the existing policiesand guidelines of the company which is considered as a serious breach.

7. The applicant-distributor warrants and represents the following:

a. That he/she is capacitated and authorized to enter into this agreement; and all the information contained in this sign-up formare true and correct.

b. That he/she will indemnify and not hold liable the company, its directors, any shareholders, officers, directors and employees harmless from and against any claim, demand, liability, loss, action, causes of action, costs, or expenses, including, but not limited to, reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting or arising from, directly or indirectly, any acts or omissions by me in conducting the Inspire Unlimited Business, without limitation, breach of representations and warranties, material breach of the Contract and other agreements between the parties, or any other claims or causes of action.

What SUCCESS200 company engages?

SUCCESS200 engages in the marketing of different products and not with those sale of securities or any FORM of INVESTMENT.

Note: I did search about this networking model, but can't find one. I thought it is common. -_- Instead, I found this and it makes my brain hurt.Anyway, let it be.

The company is very serious about it:

 Any member that violates company rules and regulations or commits misrepresentations will be terminated from the membership in the company.

With that rule alone, why SEC issued an advisory stating like this? Is it the member violates the company's rules? Or the company has hiding its marketing strategy to recruit or solicit investment?

Why SEC received reports about Success200 and issued a statement warning investors that "SUCCESS200 is not authorized to solicit investments from the public...exercise self-restraint from investing their money into such investment scheme”?

How SUCCESS200 works?

Accordingly, for a member wanted to join the company, he/she NEEDS to purchase product from Php 1,800 (low-end), equivalent 1 bottle of Guyabano extract or Mangoosteen capture, be deposited with BPI Bank or BDO account.

In other reliable source, company asks investors to put their money with P1,800 (low-end) to P36,000 (high-end), with a promised return of P10,000 to P200,000 upon payout exit, respectively. 

That’s a “guaranteed” Return on Investment (ROI) of 455.56%, which is unrealistically high. If a member asks about his/her investment, his/her upline will just inform him/her which slot in board level is available.

To have a better view, a member posts a table publicly.

Accordingly, there are 4 board level:

First level has 8 slots. One of the slots is yours. And you need to fill those 8 slots so that the Level 2 levels will be pre-filled with 4 orders and level 3 will be pre-filled with 2 orders and it will level up.

Level 2 will be the exit point in the table of orders and the same time, the earning point.

So the main goal is to reach each level to level 4 to exit

If a member finished exiting in Board 1, it is the end?Nope. There are many boards, if a member exit in board 1, it will automatically filled in board 2. Along with board 3, 4, 5, 6, and so on...

Then if you ask what about board 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and so on, a member saidno need to recruit two clients because those who filled in board 2 will exit in board 1.

How long a member can wait to earn money?

It is estimated that when a member exit in the board 1, it will earn him/her a 1,000 in one 1 month more or less. Of course, depends on the effort with referring 2 direct clients.
