Cantilever Gate Roller - made with hot rolled steel chassis to prevent rust and can b... Page 1 of 1
.All of DAe Industries "stealth" cantilever rollers are made with a hot rolled steel chassis. The chassis is formed, welded, and then hot dip galvanized after fabrication to prevent rust. We chose to make the chassis out ofpressed steel rather than a casting to allow you to weld it to the post if you desire. The support gussets arestrategically placed to allow easier access to the nuts for faster and easier installation and removal.
Our premium graphite impregnated nylon rollers are cast and then machined to their final shape eliminating anyrough surfaces that may cause friction. Far superior to the old metal casting type, these rollers will allow acantilever gate to glide effortlessly.
All of our rollers use permanently lUbricated sealed bearings. The bearings are not molded Into the rollers, but arepress fit. If a bearing should ever need repladng it can be easily removed and a new bearing installed. Thismaintenance feature addresses the most common cause of roller failure.
A nylon embedded steel lock nut holds the roller onto the chassis. This gives a more secure mounting than cotterpins or snap rings.
Don't be fooled by inexpensive imported rollers coming into the market Our "stealth" cantilever rollers are quality.American made and will not need to be replaced within a year or two of installation.
The evolution of the modern cantilever roller has taken place. Rugged high-tech polymer rollers that glide withease have replaced those make of antiquated metal castings. Durable and strong, the STEALTHcantilever rollersallow your gate to slide smoothly and effortlessly. STEALTHrollers have a galvanized solid steel chassis andmaintenance-free permanently sealed and lubricated bearings repladng ancient zerk fittings and messy greaseguns. Proudly made in the USA, the STEAlTH rollers wni keep your gate soaring smoothly In the future.
