TO: Dennis Lapoint CC: FROM: Eriaan Wirosono DATE: April, 20 th 2014 SUBJECT: Exploration activity report March-April 2014_EW 1. Highlights and Productivity Overview pan sampling on target Areas 1 and 2. Some gold dispersion has been detected especially in target 2 Channel sampling and Trench Mapping conducted on previous Trenches resp. 8, 9 and 27 has revealed some interesting geological features in this area. PANSAMPLING RESULTS A total of 19 locations were sampled during the period, mostly within the drainages in target- 1 as depicted in figure 2. Mechanical failures on the ATV and other logistical issues slowed progress. Results indicate that the highest values are recovered in target 2 with value as high as 23 gold colors. The area in target-2 is characterized by steep hills which exhibit a ferruginous clay soil on surface surrounded by lower topographical relief with exposures of large boulders of Leuco-granite can be observed. Furthermore evidence of shear deformation was also recorded striking 320 degrees and dipping steeply. Target-1 has only shown minor indication of gold colors within the drainages sampled as shown in figure2. The present of gold mineralization in this region has also been confirmed by previous soil geochemistry, done along the ridges of the hills. (see figure 2) MEMO

Table 2: Some weak anomalous Au values within Trench 09
TRENCH: TR027 (Not sure which this is DJL maybe trench 2)
Trench 027 have intercepted the following geological profile:
The presence of mafic intrusions with some intercalations of intermediate volcanics. In between the
mafic intrusion the same folded like feature could also be seen within the mafic intrusion but are
more fine grained to porphyritic texture. On one location, a strong foliated fabric could be seen
between the intrusive and volcanic unit, possibly due to faulting or shearing. Occurrences of
boudinage to slightly brecciated quartz veins are additional evidence to this. Previous assay results
have indicated part of the intrusion shows gold values even though no quartz veining were
intercepted. Dark fine irregular crosscutting bands are though present sometimes with relics
of boxwork of sulfide.
Although several quartz veins were intercepted by channel sampling only 4 samples were reported to
contain over 0.1 g/t gold with the highest values of 0.3 g/t and these are listed in Table 1 below. The
“best” interval seems to have been collected in close proximity to the younger mafic intrusives.
