• Brand Loyalty in Internet Data Card Market

– H0 - Purchase same brand (76.67%)

– H1 – Purchase other brand (21.33%)

– H0 – Still be with same brand/buy same brand (60%)

– H1 – Shift to other brand (40%)

• 69.33% between the age group of 18-25 yrs datacard users

• 60% don’t want to switch to other brand

• 60% want to switch datacard due to service issue

• Tata Photon+ is the most used brand followed by Reliance

in Mumbai

• 36% rate price as the matter of concern while buying

datacard
