Class for Thailand study abroad:

Econ 300: Introduction to SE Asia

– NO prerequisite.

– Class will meet intensively for 4 days on campus prior to departure.

– Content includes general economics, environmental economics, international trade, Thai history, introduction to Buddhism and connection to economy, social issues, etc.

– Waives GOAL 9.

– Note that this was formerly Econ 475 (prior to 2015 catalog).

Note that the first $400 constitutes a nonrefundable deposit. Students who drop out of the program might lose more than this amount if a replacement is not found and funds have been expended.
