Located in Florence, the campus has extensive studio facilies for painng, drawing and printmaking; photography labs and darkroom; and large lecture rooms. Design in Dessau Dessau, Germany Spring Semester program The RIT School of Design has partnered with Fachhochschule Anhalt (FHA) in Dessau, Germany to offer junior design majors in Graphic Design, Industrial Design or New Media the opportunity to study in Germany. Students take four studio-based courses, earning between 12-16 credits and live in the charming town of Dessau, about 1 ½ hours from Berlin by train. Students do not need to be fluent in German to parcipate. Applicaons are accepted by the School of Design in the spring semester prior to the student's junior year, and acceptance into the program is made by an administrave commiee.
