Because of RSU’s open admission policy, minimum test scores are used not for admission but for placement into classes. Incoming freshmen must provide ACT scores and a high school transcript. Transfer students must provide transfer transcripts. Transfer students who have earned fewer than 24 hours must provide ACT scores and a high school transcript.
