Student Organization System (S.O.S.)

*Use your Student Org username

and password to enter the website

*If you do not know the

username/password – contact

the Leadership & Service Center

*passwords

change each

semester

Select:

“ Undergrad 17-18”

OR

“Grad 17-18”

Complete all boxes

Only fill out the areas you

are requesting financial

consideration for.

If you enter an amount,

you need to enter a

description as well.

Complete the first 3 boxes of

information.

Do not enter information in the

Finance Committee box as that is

where the results (approved,

partially-approved, denied) will be

posted after your budget dialogue

meeting.

Upload all documentation here

Make sure to save

your document

and then click the

printer icon to

print out the copy

of the budget

request for your

advisor to sign.

Make sure all

documentation &

the advisor signed

copied is uploaded

to the budget

request.

Once the document

is saved, click the

events button to go

to the main page

The confirmation

email will send to

the specific email

listed here.

This shows that you

successfully submitted

your budget!
