Teamwork always pays off. During Mr. Bob’s fifth period math class, seniors Justine Cox and Sarah Yamane work together on a statistics project. “Group projects are always the best,” said senior Justine Cox.

Watch out! Here she comes! Senior Berno Lyons is watching for kids walking to school from the parking lot. “Driving in the school parking lot can be such a hassle!” said Senior Berno Lyons.

Hard at work or hardly working. During third period P.E. class, students are doing push-ups for the daily workout. “Most of my students actually workout and some just sit there,” said Coach Rogers.

Holding her pet ferret. Mayra Rios lets her run around while she is home. “Every time I get home I always find her in my closet curled up in her little bed she has made,” said Mayra Rios.

Reading together as a whole. Mrs. Merryman, English 4, intently reads the book, Brave New World with her students. “I love reading with my classes,” said teacher, Mrs.Merryman.

Repping in Style. Senior Mayra Rios rides around in her new 2007 Nissan Sentra. “I chose a car instead of a quinceniera, so the money that would have gone to the party, went to the car instead,” said senior Mayra Rios.

Drip drip. During forensics class, Juan Avila and Yanni Torres are working are on a blood spatter analysis project. The blood spatter project took about 2 days to finish because there were many different

labs that took place. “I think that this project was the most fun,” said Juan.
