• Plan the meeting carefully: who, what, when, where, why 

• Prepare agenda and send it out in advance

• Reports, documents and other preparationsrequired from the members must be prepared beforehand

• Make an expectation check and level off with the

members by stating the objectives of the meeting

• Review, revise, rearrange the agenda if necessary
