Students will be screened from their vehicle and/ or at the front gates prior to entering campus. Parents will not be permitted beyond the gates before or after school. • If a child exhibits any COVID-19 symptoms, the student will be escorted to the Health Evaluation Room for further evaluation. • Masks are required when on campus with the exception of when eating or drinking. • Before school students report to designated EZ-up for your child’s teacher. See location as indicated on the map. In the event of rain, students will report directly to classroom. • Class EZ-ups will be assigned by teacher and located as follows: • TK/K will be located in the TK/ Kinder yard. • Grades 1-2 will be located on the side closest to the primary classrooms/ bathrooms. • Grades 3-5 will be located on the side of campus closest to the upper classrooms/ bathrooms. • Any business that needs to be conducted in the office will be arranged by appointment. Please pull all the way forward and wait for your child to complete a health screening before exiting the car. To limit the numbers of contacts, we encourage most families to utilize this GATE. If you are driving your student to school. Please do not park and walk into campus. GATE 3: The GATE at west of end of campus closest to the cul-de-sac on Kimber. This GATE will be for all walkers accessing from this side of campus.

RESTROOMS• A Campus Safety Assistant will monitor student bathrooms to ensure appropriate social
distancing practices and overall health and safety by encouraging handwashing.
• Custodial team will monitor the bathrooms for adequate supply of soap, hand sanitizers, and paper towels and wipe down/ clean facilities throughout the day.
• Handwashing signs and physical distancing signs will be posted in the bathroom. HEALTH EVALUATION ROOM Health Evaluation Room:
• Students who are experiencing COVID Symptoms will be evaluated in Room 27 and parents/guardians contacted immediately
Health Office:• Students who take daily medication, students that are in need of medical care will be check
in at a table outside of Health Office where the needs can be assessed and best next steps administered.

• Students will have their snack socially distanced at their designated EZ- UP.
• The campus will institute a freeze bell which will prompt kids to report to EZ-up for teacher pick-up.
• Teachers will direct students to sanitize or wash their hands at the beginning and end of recess.
• CSA will sanitize equipment between recess and wipe down chairs under EZ ups between student groups.
Student Group “A” Dismissal: 11:00 AM Student Group “B” Dismissal: 3:00 PM
• Teachers will walk their students to their class EZ up which will then be monitored by Campus Safety Assistants (CSAs).
• Students attending childcare will be picked up from this location by childcare staff.
• Students that are walking or riding their bike home will be dismissed from this location by a CSA.
• Students will be permitted to exit through GATE 2 or the Cypress Park Gate.
• TK/K students will be escorted by an adult to the front of the school for pick-up.
• CSA will radio for students and siblings when car arrived and be released to center gate.
