Student Application Guide (IMO/FAUZI/CT11/JAN19-VA1/Africa/Middle East/South Asia/Central Asia)

1. Read the application’s “Terms & Conditions”

before signing. 2. Use BLOCK letters to fill up the form. 3. RM500 of registration fees should be made

payable to UCI Education Sdn Bhd by cheques or bank drafts or transfer CIMB Bank, Account Number 800 229 5164.

4. RM2,000 of student’s Visa Application fee (EMGS), non-refundable should be made payable to UCI Education Sdn Bhd by cheques or bank drafts or transfer CIMB Bank, Account Number 800 229 5164.

5. Copies of Academic Result relevant to entry requirements of the applied programme with certification are required, kindly provide certificates from high school level and onward.

6. Copies of English Language Proficiency certificate example: IELTS/TOEFL /equivalent.

7. 8 copies of photographs with a white background, size 3.5cm x 4.5 cm. (refer to passport photo guidelines_EMGS)

8. 2 copies of passport including all the blank pages with a colour copy of the Biodata page.

9. 3 copies of portfolio consisting of original artwork, if applicable.

10. A copy of curriculum vitae is compulsory for all applicants above the age of 25 years old and all post graduate applicants.

11. A copy of employer testimony letter ( for Post graduate candidates below min CGPA requirement)

12. Pre-health screening result in home country is compulsory to submit along with the application form.

13. No Objection Certificate are required for all Sub-Saharan African applicants.

14. Eligibility Letter issued by Nigerian Ministry of Education or High Commisioner Office are required for all Nigerian applicants.

15. No Objection Certificate issued by the Sudan Embassy in Kuala Lumpur are required for all Sudan applicants.

16. A copy of Affidavit letter, if applicable. 17. Read the application’s “Terms & Conditions”

before signing.

Upon elligibility confirmation, students are required to submit complete documents along with payment as follow:.

Additional documents are required to submit for students seeking entry with credit exemptions.

1. A release letter from the previous institution including attendance records. 2. Copies of Transcription/Results of ALL completed courses in previous programme with certification. 3. List of course syllabus and programme structure. 4. A copy of portfolio, if applicable.

All credit exemptions will be conducted in accordance to the current policies of the Ministry of Higher Education Malaysia (MOHE) and Malaysian Qualification Agency (MQA).

7 days in advance before arriving to Malaysia, students are required to send an email for request a pick-up assistance at the Kuala Lumpur International Airport.

The University is not responsible for late or incomplete submission on the Airport Clearance & Pick-Up request.

Note: This is only applicable for students that are staying in the University’s accommodation and there are no pick-ups during weekends and on public holidays, please check with Student Affairs Department (STAD) for complete list of Malaysia’s public holidays or email us at [email protected].

! An admission offer letter will be sent to successful applicants. ! Application of student Visa will be submitted by the University to Education Malaysia Global Services

(EMGS); it will take up to 8 weeks. ! Upon granted a Visa application, student able to download the approval letter at EVAL

country. ! Students are required to complete the application procedures, where necessary if they have not done so,
