User Registration Load Sats url: http://sts.karnataka.gov.in/SATS/

Click on STS Login menu

Click on Registration menu and select User Registration

School User Registration Form

• All the fields which are highlighted by Asterisk (*), are mandatory to fill.

• Mark the check on the checkbox before submitting the form, if all information are

correct.

• Enter captcha code in the textbox. It must be case sensitive.

• If all information are correct then click on submit to register new user

Login Page Load SATS link

Click on STS Login

Click on Login menu, Login page will be displayed

Enter the valid credentials

Type the Captcha as it is

Click on Login button to Login to SATS website

Home Screen after Login

Go to link: www.sts.karnataka.gov.in/SATS

Select Login Menu →enters your credentials and login.

User Approval To approve the registered user

Login as Admin

Select Menu User Approval

Select the user type and

Click on search

Click on approve to approve user

Click on reject to reject user

PU Students Migration Approval To migrate the PU student details to SATS

Login as PU College

Select menu PU Student Approval

Select Standard and

Click on search

Select the students to be migrated to SATS and

Click on Migrate

The pu students are migrated to SATS successfully.

Child Enrollment Number is provided in the migrated student Report.

Enrollment for 11th and 12th Standard The enrollment of 11nd to 12th standard are performed in this menu .The admission

through promotion also performed through this menu.

Promotion Admission from 10th as well as 11th is done through this menu

Login as PU College

Enrollment to 11th and 12th standard

Enter Sats number

Click on search.

The student details will pop up in the fields and select other mandatory details and

Click on submit to enroll student

Update PU College Info To update Logged in pu_college details

Login as pu college

Select Menu Update PU College Info

Modify the details user wants to update and click on update button to save the changes.

Update PU Student Details To update student profile details

Login as Principal

Select Menu 11-12 class student details Update

Enter mandatory fields and

Click on search to fetch the student details to update

Click on the enrollment number of the student to update his/her details

Update the data in the enabled textbox and

Click on update to save the changes made to the details

Dashboard Dashboard gives you the overview of the school details.

If user clicks on any count, the concerned details will be displayed.

The diagrammatic representation of the same is provided for the student count. If user clicks on

the diagram for a particular district, its taluka wise school count and enrollment count and its

diagram will be displayed.

Login as School

Click on Dashboard

Enrollment wise details will be displayed

Select Dashboard as Social category wise or click on standard count to view social category wise

details.

If user clicks on Standard count, all students details will be displayed

If user clicks on gender wise count, then specific gender student’s details will be displayed

Click on gender wise count

Click on district row, taluka wise approved school details will be displayed

The student details will be displayed

Click on the Enrollment no to view the student profile details

Social Category wise Details

Select Dashboard as Social Category wise

Click on total count

Student list will be displayed

Click on the enrollment no, that specific students profile details will be displayed.

PU Activity Dashboard The PU Activity Dashboard contains all the PU College process live Count in one screen.

To view the Activity dashboard details

Login as PU Admin

Select Menu PU Activity Dashboard

Global Search PU To search PU enrolled student’s details, user can use Global Search PU option.

To search student details

Login as school / Admin

Global Search PU → Search Students PU

Select the search criteria’s and

Click on search to get the student details

Click on enrollment number to view student's complete profile.

Migrated Student Report The SATS – PU migrated student details is managed here.

To get the details of approved migrated students

Login as School

Select Menu’ SATS migrated student details’

Click on search

The Approved student’s details with registration id and child enrollment number will be

displayed.

PU Student Report The PU student report provides all the student details in 11th and 12th standard (both migrated

and SATS students).

To get the PU Student Report

Login as PU College

Select PU Student Report

Click on Search to get all the student details in the PU College

Click on enrollment number to view student's complete profile.

PU Enrolled Student Report (Gender wise) To get the PU enrolled student report

Login as PU College / Admin

Select Menu PU Enrolled Student Count Report

Click on search

Student Promotion To Promote Student

Login as School

Student Management→Enrollment→ Promote Student

Click on search to view the student list

Select the check box of the student to be promoted

Click on submit to promote student

Admission through Promotion To admit student to 11th and 12th standard through promotion

Login as School

Select Menu Admission through promotion

Click on search

Select the student to be promoted and click on submit to promote those students.

11th and 12th Standard Transfer Certificate issue The transfer of students of 11th and 12th is done here

To issue Transfer certificate

Login as School/Principal

Student Management→Transfer Certificate→11 and 12 standard TC Issue

Select the mandatory fields and

Click on search

Click on issue to issue transfer certificate for that student in the row.

The Transfer certificate is generated.

The TC no is generated and displayed at the left top corner

Click on print to print TC

Admission through TC for 11th and 12th Standard The TC issued from 10th and 11th standard student’s admission are managed here.

Login as School/Principal

Student Management→Enrollment→ Admission through TC for 11 and 12 standard

Enter Enrollment Number and TC No

Click on search

The student details will pop up in all fields

Click on submit to admit/enroll the student to relevant class
