Executive Producer, Designer, Boutique Owner, Mom, Wife and the list goes on… Tori Spelling keeps it all well juggled with baby number four on the way!

SM: Between being a
mommy and your work
schedule, how do you juggle
it all?
TS: I make everything work
because I’m passionate
about all I do and I always
make sure that my family
comes first. If it’s all organic
than you can make it work
because it's things I'd being
do whether work related or
not. I'm very lucky to make a
living doing what I love.
SM: What do you find most
challenging about being a
mom?
TS: Because I'm a working
mom sometimes I find it hard
to reprimand and set too
many boundaries for my kids.
I feel guilty because I do
work a lot. I'm getting better
at it for sure but there's defi-
nitely a good cop/bad cop
dynamic in our household.
SM: Do you think your sense of style has changed since you have become a mom? How?
TS: Being a mom, comfort and durability definitely come first now. But with that in mind, I don't believe
you need to compromise style. Luckily they make very chic flats so I don't have to wear the uncomfort-
able yet stylish heels anymore except for work and events.
SM: Describe your perfect family day.
TS: My perfect family day would start with everyone huddling and cuddling in our bed for a lazy morning.
Then we'd pack an amazing picnic and lots of beach toys and head to the beach. We'd relax, play, get
some exercise, and just enjoy each other and the beautiful weather all day.
SM: What advice do you offer moms that are juggling a ca-
reer and family?
TS: I tell moms to remember to breathe and also to remember
that if anyone can do it all it's us moms. I don't believe anyone
is given more in life than they can ultimately handle. And, to try
in between family and work to find a few minutes a day for
themselves.
SM: How important is healthy eating and exercise to you?
TS: When you have kids, healthy eating and exercise comes easier because you want to set a good ex-
ample for your family. I try to lead by example. I'm not always perfect and I believe a healthy diet is
about compromise. We don't forbid anything. It's everything in moderation and healthy choices leading
our meals and snacks in our household. We grow a lot of our own vegetables and fruits. It teaches the
kids about eating organic and where their food comes from. As far as exercise, I get that from doing fam-
ily activities. We run and play and do lots of family sports together.

SM: Describe a typical day
in your life.
TS: Because I don't have a
9 to 5 job my day to day
isn't always the same. We
get the kids up for school,
have breakfast, and then
take them to school. Then I
usually hang out with Hattie
till she takes her morning
nap. I will then start working
whether it is taking business
calls or meetings. We try to
have dinner together as a
family, but because of our
schedules, sometimes it's
not always possible. We
then play with Hattie and
then she goes down for the
night. Then we usually
watch some family TV and
then put Liam and Stella to
bed. Then we get a little
Dean and Tori time. We
love to cuddle in bed and
catch up on our TiVo!
SM: What professionally
are you currently working
on?
TS: I just finished 10 epi-
sodes of a new series I am
executive producing and
host of called Craft Wars for
TLC which premieres June
26th. I'm also working on my
4th memoir and working on
my jewelry and crafting line
for HSN, my children's cloth-
ing line Little Maven, and
my DIY jewelry line for Mi-
chael's and Joann's. I also
have my online magazine
EdiTORIal and my boutique InvenTORI my husband and I run together.
SM: We know your currently expecting your fourth child, any plans to add a few more children to your
beautiful family in the future?
TS: We are blessed to be expanding our family. With 2 babies under a year old I think we'll have our hands
full for awhile. 4 sounds like a great number to us! Everyone has a friend:)
