I am so stressed out by work, family, money, and life I feel like I am going to explode. How can I keep from snapping?

Page 17: Stress pp

Stress Role PlayI have this problem with my studies. I feel that I need to work 24 hours a day in order just to keep up. I have been getting panic attacks and outbreaks of eczema because I am so stressed out. Can you advise me of any relaxation techniques that will allow me to unwind after a hard day?

I have so much going on right now that I don't know what to do with myself.  I decided to take a break before my brain explodes.  That's why I'm here.  All I want to do right now is eat.  I feel like eating will make me feel better.  I have always been a stress eater.

I am so stressed out I barely have an appetite and am anxious all the time. My neck and shoulders are constantly in knots no matter how many massages I do. I feel like I'm having a 24/7/365 panic attack because of work related stuff. I am literally, like, shaking the entire time I'm at the office. And when I'm home for the night or weekend, by the time I wind down, it's time to go back to that hell hole.

I don't even know where to begin. I've been put on medical leave because I'm so stressed out from my job. On top of that, I've been feeling so anxious, I'm vomiting on some days. I'm constantly crying, I'm depressed and I'm just turning in all of these feelings. Some days, I don't even want to leave the house, which is completely not my personality.
