    STRESS Tension is awareness of feeling in the body and

    stress is the pressure felt.

    Stress is experienced when feelings are tensed

    which occurs when relation with self, others and

    environment are stretched.

    Good stress (Eustress) which helps us to attain

    our goal; bad stress (Distress) leads to

    sickness.
