• Ministries of Finance and Planning do not prioritize WASH among competing priorities

• Way Forward:

– Advocacy for functional WASH unit in the ministry of Climate Change

• EE work needs allocation of resources - HR & Time wise engagement of management

• Leaving Business as Usual is most difficult

• Engagement with parliamentarian – something to learn as an organization
