- Golden Circle
Why: Making use of an old monumental building and let guests enjoy their surroundings and meet with the chef ’s of tomorrow.
What: A restaurant with every two months a different chef who dreams of his own restaurant.
How: The Chef will be responsible for the rent and other costs, paying it with the revenue. The City of Rotterdam will be held responsible for the marketing of this event and the City of Rotterdam is also decorating the place. In return the City of Rotterdam will get paid by collecting the rent.
- Stakeholders
The Stakeholders of Chef ’s Choice are the City of Rotterdam, the Chefs’ of Rotterdam who dream of their own restaurant, the inhabitants of Rotterdam and surrounding cities and also Tourists.

- What are the business opportunities?
Attracting more public into abandonedstreets and even more tourists into theCity of Rotterdam.
- Who are going to pay for it?
No one is going to pay for it, instead theCity of Rotterdam and their stakeholders will earn money by attracting visitors into streets that are abandoned or empty. We will explain the concept with a model called ‘Golden Circle”.

How: by giving the artists of Rotterdam a canvas, to revive streets in Rotterdam that are abandoned or less attractive.
