Managing Change There was some apprehension
from those not comfortable with public speaking (Best Stars).
We found the right platform for each staff member where their skills were best suited.
Many found themselves to be better communicators than they originally thought.

Managing Change IT communications team assisted
with editing content, presentations, and award proposals.
We also found some great stars to represent the department and not just from management.
We’ve also presented numerous award opportunities for the department.

Getting Started - Communicating Your Message
We created a strategy and developed a plan for communication by asking: What value does IT want to demonstrate to customers?
Which customers will be targeted?
Why would the customers want to use this product?
How will the product help the customers?
What is the most effective way to approach this?
Strategic Planning Demonstrating IT Value
Event Organization
Buy-in and support needed from the entire organization, from network technicians to senior managers.
Strategic Planning Demonstrating IT Value
Know the AudienceIdentifying your target audience and their needs will help you design a message to which they will be receptive.
Questions we asked: Which customers are we targeting?
How do they want to hear from us?
How often do they want to hear from us?
Strategic Planning Demonstrating IT Value
Develop a Call to ActionWhen you have identified the information you will communicate, you will need to ask: What do you want the audience to do with this information?
