24STRATEGIC PLAN OF SCHOOL OF NURSING
Planning in an institution plays a very important role because it gives direction to the implementation of activities. Good planning needs to be accompanied by commitment and carried out with all your might to carry out the plan with all your heart and mind. Through the Nursing PROFESSION Study Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences 2021-2025, it is expected to be able to provide direction for the Nursing PRO-FESSION Study Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences in the coming year. This strategic plan is based on self-evaluation, new regulations and strategic issues and estimation of conditions in the next five years.
This Strategic Plan document, can become an official reference in plan-ning operational activities of units within the Nursing PROFESSION Study Program of the Faculty of Health Sciences with the existence of a Strategic Plan, which will facilitate the study program in determining the direction of policy implementation. Understanding of the academ-ic community of the Faculty of Health Nursing PROFESSION Study Program on the contents of this strategic plan document is a very deter-mining factor for the successful implementation. For this reason, serious efforts must be made to socialize the strategic plan and all its changes.
Five years is a very short time to carry out big things, therefore this Strategic Plan is expected to be one of the drivers in creating prosperity, progress, comfort in a more pleasant academic atmosphere for all of us
