Studies suggest a direct relationship
between great leadership and an organization’s
bottom line. Hence, organizations are often very focused
on equipping their leaders with the necessary skills and capabilities.

This report summarizes a study conducted by The
Conference Board and Right Management to investigate a
wide spectrum of organizations globally, their challenges
and needs, and their intention and goals with leadership
development initiatives. This study is based on three
major components: a global survey with 654 respondents,
a comprehensive literature review, and case studies
based on interviews with senior leadership development
professionals.
