This change will introduce a user-pay system for stormwater charges and incentives for properties that manage rainwater sustainably. Next Steps Responsive to community feedback regarding timelines, the implementation of the stormwater utility and the credit program will now take place in 2015, instead of 2014. The additional feedback collected is now helping to guide the details of the stormwater utility and the rainwater credit program.
