Meets or Exceeds the thermal efficiency and/or standbyloss requirements of the U.S. Department of Energy andcurrent edition of ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1

Foam Insulation - Thick foam insulation reduces stand-by heat loss andsaves energy.

Glass-Lined Tank - Alkaline borosilicate composition is permanently fusedto steel by firing at a temperature of 1600°F, and will provide years ofcorrosion protection and dependable use at water storage temperatures upto 180°F.

Heavy-Gauge Steel Jacket - With baked enamel finish.

Threaded Openings - All tanks furnished with threaded openings forthermometer, relief valve, 2˝ recirculation lines (2-1/2˝ openings are optionalon 119 gallon and 175 gallon models), tankstat, and drain valve.

Five-Year Warranty

Anode Rod - To provide additional corrosion protection and extra years ofservice, all 80 and 120 gallon models are equipped with an anode rod.Model PVG 0200 OVSA125 has two anode rods.

Installation - Sized to fit space restrictive installations, all 80 and 120gallon models fit through 30˝ doorways. Model PVG 0200 OVSA125 fitsthrough a 33˝ doorway.

Suggested SpecificationsStorage tank shall be a State glass-lined storage tank. Tank shall be _______˝ x _______˝ and have a nominal capacity of _____ gallons. Tank(s) shall have threadedopenings as shown on drawings. Interior of tank(s) shall be glass-lined with an alkaline borosilicate composition which has been fused to the steel by firing at atemperature of 1600˚F. Glass coating shall be continuous over the entire inner surface of the tank. Outer jacket shall have a baked enamel finish. Foam insulation tomeet or exceed ASHRAE current efficiency requirements. Cathodic protection shall be provided. Tank shall have a working pressure of ____ psi. Meets or exceedsthe thermal efficiency and/or standby loss requirements of the U.S. Department of Energy and current edition of ASHRAE/IESNA 90.1
