Sterling is fully owned and controlled by Mr. Damodar C Kunder,Managing Director. With a humble beginning in the year 1976, Sterlingwas incorporated with the sole motive to serve the poor of our countrywho were exploited and cheated by unscrupulous agents in thebusiness.

He bagged the most coveted order from Oman to recruit to theNational Guard, Municipality and Ministry of Transportation in lateseventies. To cope up with these huge requirements, Sterling TechnicalStaffing came into light. Over the years he was instrumental incompleting various government projects winning high acclaim &recognitions. A noted public figure and philanthropist also known forvarious social service had laid foundation for countless, Schools,medical centers and cultural centers in remote villages of India. For hisservice to the upliftment of society and the nation Government ofMaharashtra conferred him Special Executive Magistrate honor in theyear 2002.
