• By taking steps to ‘protect’ students from avoidable cancellation of their registered classes.

• These steps are a combination of normal back-office administration, automated programming, and proactive procedures

• Personal Payment of Balance Due• External Payment Plan• School Default Payment Plan

Recently Approved Procedures (posted on Board Site)

• 5.12.3 Tuition and Fee Payment Due Date – includes “no later that 5th business day of term” payment

and registration cancellation requirement

• 5.12.5 Payment Plans

– contains basic payment plan provisions based on Policy 5.12 payment plan requirement

• 7.6.2 Accounts Receivable Management – includes language:

1) students to access accounts online 2) use of registration and official transcript holds as prescribed
