Through this, the conference features, for the first time, one of the most sought after designations in the investment industry – the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® Designation, which cold be earned through the AIF® Training Program. The said training is a 14.5 hour certification program that offers the AIF® Designation to proctored exam passers. “It is quite likely that the current synchronized global economic boom and the universal, all-encompassing asset bubble will lead to a colossal bust. Central bankers have become hostage to inflated asset markets. Tight money will be difficult to implement. However, the market participants may from time to time bring about tight monetary conditions by curtailing the availability of credit.” - Marc Faber, 8th PRIC Keynote Speaker

“All investments are subject to certain risks. Generally, investments offering the potential for higher returns are accompanied by a higher degree of risk. Stocks and other equities representing an ownership interest in a corporation have historically outperformed other asset classes over the long term but tend to fluctuate more dramatically over the shorter term. Small or relatively new companies can be particularly sensitive to changing condi-tions due to factors such as relatively small revenues, limited product lines, and small market share. Smaller-company stocks have historically exhibited greater price volatility than larger-company stocks, particularly over the short term. Foreign investing, especially in developing countries, has additional risks such as currency and market volatility and political or social instability.” - Mark Mobius, 9th PRIC Keynote Speaker

“Too much Government Debt Is Like Too Much Private Debt. Credit Crisis from too much private debt like our mortgages leads to a banking crisis as debts go to default. Gov-ernment bailouts take on the Toxic Assets of banks, and spend big deficits to revive the Economy while getting lower taxes in recession. The exploding Government Debt loses confidence of investors causing Sovereign Debt and Currency Crisis.” - Bud Conrad, 10th PRIC Keynote Speaker
