History and Background

Step to Serve Limited founded in 2014, provides customized residential and commercial,

offices cleaning services throughout a network of over 10 areas in the United Republic of

Tanzania and letter on in the East Africa region.

Step to Serve is a fast growing high-tech commercial cleaning and janitorial services

provider in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania that heavily invests in cleaning machinery and

equipment, and education in the cleaning industry. Our vision is to be the top service

provider in the area and our mission is to serve the community according to numerous

international standards and create cleaning industry standards in Tanzania.

Step to Serve Limited is a private owned limited company, which is a Shingashinga group

company: Shingashinga Construction Solutions Limited. and Bluered Security Limited. among

others.

Cleaning is one of the most commonly outsourced services. Some of the reasons

First Time/One Time Cleaning

First Entry consists of everything in a standard cleaning plus:

Light fixtures/switches throughout the house.

All window sills and window tracks throughout the house.

All blinds throughout the entire house.

All baseboards throughout the house.

Window washing must be added as an additional service if needed.
