10. Frequently Asked Questions

a. Access to the System

i. I am not able to log in to the NG Module Registration (MoRe) System.

Before you access the system, you are required to activate your NUS Student Card. Your NUS

Student Card is included in the registration package which you would have received when you

registered in person at NUS, i.e. during Registration (Part Two).

ii. I have activated my NUS Student Card but I am not able to log in to the system.

If you have just activated your NUS Student Card, you will be able to access the system half a day

later.

Another possibility is that you may not have any non-Business and / or non-Law modules. If you

wish to add non-Business and / or non-Law modules, please submit the Academic Profile

Updates (APU) Form (http://www.nus.edu.sg/registrar/forms.html) to the respective

Departments in person for approval during the Appeals Round (refer to the stipulated dates at

http://nus.edu.sg/departments for their contact information. Forms lacking the Department’s

endorsement will not be processed.

b. Add Modules

i. I cannot find the modules that I want to read in the drop-down list.

The system reflects modules that are offered to students in the Non-Graduating Programme. If

you do not see the module you wish to read in the system, the module is not offered to students

in the Non-Graduating Programme.

ii. I cannot find Business or Law modules in the system.

For students who have been offered Business modules at the point of admission, you may add and/or drop Business modules via the following link using SS No. and Add/Drop Pin which will be given by NUS Business School (https://inetapps.nus.edu.sg/biz/asp/undergrad/add_drop/ng/login.asp). Please note that Business modules are very popular and if you are not successful for these modules at the point of offer, you will NOT be able to add any during the module add/drop period. To add and/or drop Law modules, please visit the Faculty of Law website

(law.nus.edu.sg/student_matters/llb_prog/reg_for_electives.html) for more details.

required to drop the approved module first?

automatically dropped.

vi. When will my request be processed? How will I be informed of the outcome of my

request?

Your online requests will be processed after the end of the module add exercise and you will be

notified via your NUS email account later in that week (refer to stipulated dates at

https://myportal.nus.edu.sg/studentportal/academics/ng/#modulesadmin).
