The information displayed within the Grade Management System is in near real time. The students listed will include all enrolled students, and any marks displayed are current. In this step you can view student marks, view assessment applications, view grades and override grades as required. Figure 1 Choose Next to move to Step 2. When you navigate to step 2, the students who are currently enrolled in the course will be transferred into the Grade Management system. Any marks which are currently available in the Mark Centre will also be transferred through. If a large number of students are in the class, this may take a few minutes. (Refer Figure 2.) Step 2 - Check The second step within the Grade Management system is called “Check”. The information displayed within
the Grade Management System is in near real time. The students listed will include all enrolled students, and
any marks displayed are current.
In this step you can view student marks, view assessment applications, view grades and override grades as
required.

When you navigate to step 2, the students who are currently enrolled in the course will be transferred into
the Grade Management system.
Any marks which are currently available in the Mark Centre will also be transferred through. If a large number
of students are in the class, this may take a few minutes. (Refer Figure 2.)

Once the transfer is complete, the Marks Transfer Complete message displays.

The Step 2 Check window displays. (Refer Figure 4.)
The enrolled students are listed in the left column.
Note: Students who have withdrawn are also listed and are displayed at the bottom of the Student Grid with a W or WF grade.

Prior to commencement of trimester
Prior to the trimester commencing, each assessment task will display “DNS – Did not submit.” for each
student listed, up until marks are available in the Mark Centre.
Once marks are available, you can return to the Check step and view how marks are transferring
progressively throughout the term, rather than leaving the review of all assessment marks to the end of the
trimester.
