If you are a broker who is already registered to use our system *, your information will automatically appear in the application form.

* If you are not yet registered with us, you can do so from our web site.

Step 5.Enter the application information for the Broker, General, Financial, Prior Insurance and Prior Activities Information sections (mandatory). MAKE SURE TO ENTER YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS.

Step 6.

Enter the application information for the Coverages Sections desired (EPL; D&O; Fiduciary; Crime; Technology, Media & Professional Services (Cyberliability); or Miscellaneous E&O). The product flexibility allows for the broker/client to pick and chose to apply for one or a combination of multiple coverages.

Step 7.After completing the Application information, click on Submit Application and then click on the Submit Form button.

If this screen appears, you have completed the application correctly.

An e-mail will arrive shortly containing hyperlinks to the application, indication letter and bind request form.

If this screen appears, the application form you filled out is incomplete for the indicated areas.

Use the BACK button on your browser to fix the problems listed above. Go back to each of these sections and review the information you entered. Most likely, something is missing from your responses.

Step 8.An e-mail will automatically be sent to the e-mail address listed in the Broker Information section of the Online Application. There will be three hyperlinks included in this e-mail – one to view the application, one to view the indication letter and one to request binding coverage.
