About Stefy Line

Stefy Line was established in 1988 as manufacturer of bags and straps for musical instruments, by the two charter members Stefano Pizzichini and Laura Ercoli who want to create a company for the production of high quality articles, and also take care of musicians and their needs.

Since the beginning we have thought to create a sales network to support the whole work and the aim the company wanted to reach.

In a short time we have succeeded in putting together a number of very well experienced and highly motivated salesmen in order to create a very careful and powerful sales network working all over the country.

The study and the wide knowledge of the market, the deep roots on the territory, the support of our sales network have allowed us to give our customers and musicians as well, a very good service.

The main brands distributed by Stefy Line Distribution Network at present are: Hagstrom, Electro Harmonix, Tecamp, Curt Mangan, Carbostick, Hora, Pick Lace and its Stealton guitars and Stefy Line Bags & Straps.

After having tested for many years the strength of this sales network, and to improve the service, we have created for four years the second division of the company:

STEFY LINE DISTRIBUTION NETWORK

whose aim is to increase the range of products by getting important and high quality brands. As a result we can put all our skill and experience at their disposal.

STEFY LINE has about 1.100 customers (shops) all over Italy.

The sales network is made of 11 representatives all around Italy and they are managed by Stefano Pizzichini personally.

Stefy Line bags and straps production is divided as follows: - in Italy with laboratories/workshops which are our partners- in China with factories that we personally choose and follow.

Quality Control - Post sale service

QC - Deeply carried out before shipment by Andrea Zaccari, who also studies the new instruments in order to get familiar with them and give customers, correct information.

In case of returns there is an “out-based” service centre “MASTER SERVICE” that deals with the serious defects and repair them. For the less important problems we have been supported by a technician network all around Italy.
