STAY RIGHT WITH YOURSELF AND STICK TO YOUR BUSINESS PLAN

➤ There are going to be points along your run to success where people (sometimes your competition) question you about how you’re doing things.



➤ Don’t take it personal… just keep going about your business and don’t take the bait of feeding into a conversation that’s going to lead to a place where you don’t want to go.



➤ How you do things in business, is up to you… and what works for you, may not work for someone else… but don’t alter what you do just because a person throws you a cheap shot question or comment.



➤ Jealousy breeds resentment… resentment breeds anger, and anger is one of the most useless actions a human brain can take… so don’t waste your time getting involved with people that are trying to make you angry… because you’re only going to end up wasting valuable time and energy that is better spent on building your business.



➤ Not everyone (your competition) is going to have your best interest in mind… so it’s better if you just stick to your plan by not letting any outsiders get in your head.



➤ Building a business isn’t easy… you’re going to see that people (your competition) say mean things, they do mean things, but if you stay right with yourself and understand that it’s just the nature of people and that they’re doing it because they’re hurting themselves, you’ll be able to understand and not let it affect you as much.



➤ The tricky part in understanding people… is differentiating the helpful comments and suggestions vs. the sneaky little digs… and this always isn’t the easiest of things to do. Sometimes, it really depends on what angle you personally are looking at it from… so just be aware that your interpolation may be incorrect, instead of the person being incorrect.



➤ This is why it’s important not to react too quickly with any type of comment or suggestion from someone… otherwise you take the risk of compounding everything and getting all fired up over nothing.



➤ Listen, the ultimate point I’m trying to get across to you here… is to not let anyone get you down and alter your run to success. You need to be able to tag the jabs… and a lot of them… and still win the fight.



➤ You can do it, without a doubt, so know it’s up to you to go out and make it happen… and don’t let anyone ever tell you different.
