• “Import DfE QAN Catalogue from QWS” has been renamed to “Import Qualification Data” and now includes import of a Performance Measures XML file. The Performance Measures XML file is provided from SupportNet and is derived from The Register of Regulated Qualifications (RRQ).

• Selection of students takes place as previously, but clicking Add Result will provide an entry screen where much of the content is automatically filled from the information contained in the Performance Measures XML file.

• Once the users enters the QAN, Refresh will fill in much of the remaining detail.

• In this case the Subject Code has been auto-filled, as there is only one Discount Code (Subject Code) for the QAN.

• Where there is more than one Discount Code for the QAN, the user will need to choose the Subject Code that applies

• Once the QAN and Subject Code are identified several more fields are auto-filled.

• Course will only be auto-filled if a course already exists with the QAN and Discount Code.

• Grade entry will be restricted to the grade set identified in the Performance Measures XML file.
