Most Preferred UniversitiesUniversity of Benin (UNIBEN) emerged for the

first time, the university of first choice among Applicants with almost a 100,000 applications. Up until now, the University of Lagos (UNILAG) has been the first choices with 93,562 applicants in UTME 2011However; in UTME 2013, the University of Ilorin (UNILORIN) (94,869) and Nnamdi Azikwe University (NAU) beat UNILAG to the 2nd and 3rd position, UNILAG emerged 4th with 86,850 applicationThe explanation to this may not be far from Applicant : Admission ratio of UNILAG in time past, which is less than 10%. Nevertheless, there is no doubt that it is still the dream of thousands.
