WYDOT CONSTRUCTION FUNDING
WYDOT is carrying over $65 million of construction funding from 2011.
WYDOT also received $20.8 million in Federal Emergency Repair funding for 2012.
The Legislature also allocated $50 million of AML & SL funds to WYDOT which will become available July 1, 2012.
WYDOT expects to let $360.5 million of construction projects in 2012
PAVEMENT PRESERVATION
WYDOT is moving from
construction to preservation based
on future funding.
WYDOT will commit over half of
construction funding to Pavement
Preservation Projects by 2015.
Over the next 20 years, this
strategy should reduce the decline
in Wyoming’s overall road
condition.
