• Deep renovation of 250,000 gsf• Improves ADA accessibility throughout the building interior• Expands informal gathering spaces and creates state-of-the-art student organization and student

involvement space• Creates social space on the main

level by enclosing the courtyard



Central Campus Storm Water In�ltration Project


• Redirect existing overland and roof top storm water to an underground storm water in�ltration (open-bottom) precast concrete system • Permanently remove up to 100,000 cubic feet (750,000 gallons or 1.75 feet �lling a football �eld) of storm water from the City storm sewer system/Allen Creek watershed during a 100 year 24-hr storm event

Kraus Building Renovation and Addition Project


Estimated Construction Schedule: August 2018 through Fall 2020

• Deep renovation of the Kraus building and construction of 62,000 gsf in�ll addition within the existing exterior courtyard in order to accommodate the current and projected future growth needs for the School of Kinesiology.



Michigan League Retail Market


Rehabilitate Cooley Memorial Fountain (Ingalls Mall fountain)

• Approximately 6,800 gsf interior renovation of the space currently utilized at Beanster’s, on the �rst �oorat the south end of the League, including the adjacent seating area.

• Market and food service areas will be renovated as well as creating an enhanced entrance into the spacefrom the hallway, and a developing a variety of seating types to meet user needs and improve the overalllook and ambiance of the space.

• The project will include replacement of the piping, concrete and sump pump repairs, new waterproo�ngof the basin, and restoration of the bronze sculptural components.
