To gather community input on priorities & recommendations for historic preservation statewide for the next five years. Key component to making this plan a success

The Plan will guide efforts to preserve & protect the valuable historic & cultural resources of the state. Influence the direction of changes to be more

sensitive to historic preservation & cultural resources Serve as a road map for future activities for all

entities statewide involved in historic preservation

Focus on contributing input for the 2012-2017 State Historic Preservation Plan All other topics may be discussed after the formal

presentation Allow time for everyone to participate

May require limiting the contributions of some individuals to allow time for everyone

Role of the facilitators Keep the conversation focused on the plan Allow participants equal time throughout the

evening including breakout sessions

to preserve the historic fabric of the nation A State Historic Preservation Officer in every
