Ways Starbucks is increasing its market share• Started out by reinventing the Starbucks brand first at home by making Starbucks a greener brand and changing how customers experience the brand by making their store more inviting • Brand expansion into teas and juices through acquisitions such as juice maker Evolution Fresh for $30 million

• Expanding channels of product distribution via American Airlines and licensing agreements with Kraft foods
