Nordic PCL Construction Inc. – Honolulu, Hawaii

Safety Manager and alternate Site Safety and Health Officer Level 5 (SSHO)

WARRIORS in TRANSITION (WT) project on Schofield Barracks. The $59.085 million Warriors in Transition

barracks and complex design-build construction contract is for building two structures, the five-story, 120 person

barracks; a four-story building combining the SFAC, two company operations facilities (COF), and one battalion

headquarters (BOF); plus a central plant, parking and other supporting facilities. Responsible for performing safety management, surveillance, inspections and safety enforcement for the contractor. Also the safety and occupational

health “competent person” as defined by USACE EM385-1-1.
